Eric Delehoy is a college veteran, presenting fifteen years of college admissions and counseling experience. He has worked for large public and small private institutions, helping thousands of students along the path of college exploration. He serves as a college counselor for the Lake Oswego School District’s Scholars’ Alliance. Additionally, Eric completed a college counseling internship at St. Mary’s Academy (Portland, OR), was a volunteer college counselor for the organization, College Summit, and for three years worked alongside fellow Independent College Consultant, Marilyn Petrequin. He holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and has published essays, short stories, and poetry.
Eric is a dedicated professional, active in the Higher Education Consultants Association, Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling, and the National Association for College Admission Counseling. He attends national and regional professional conferences, regularly visits colleges and universities across the country and attends informational programs sponsored by admissions and financial aid offices.
