College Spotlight: Agnes Scott College

Agnes Scott, a women’s college, is located in the Atlanta area. The college’s mission is to educate women to think deeply, live honorably, and engage the intellectual and social challenges of their times. Agnes Scott provides not only co-ed social opportunities with nearby Emory University and Georgia Tech, but also enjoys a broad curriculum thanks to the Atlanta Regional College Consortium which allows students to take courses at over a dozen Atlanta-area colleges. Agnes Scott is also test-optional and is included among the forty-four colleges highlighted in the book, Colleges That Change Lives.
